I remember the first band aid concert - its aim to raise 1 million. Well it did.... this gig is all about awareness and with more than a billion people viewing we should shelve our cynnicism for 48 hrs and let this breathe. Tell the morons of the G8, especially Blair and Bush that the world is tired of murder and we want real humanity on our planet... real attempts at change..... real actions.

I'm planning a similar event myself for ban the poll tax... woahay
